Roots & Wings Sunday School
For: Children grades K-5
Dates: October, 2022
Time: 10:00-11:00 a.m.
Leaders: Mary Jo Stevenson & Teddi Koch
Glen Rowan House (across from the Chapel)
The Glen Rowan House is a magnificent setting for Sunday School classes! Children begin church in the Chapel with their parents, and during the announcements meet their teachers in the rear of the Chapel, who escort them to class. Church and Roots & Wings end simultaneously, and parents pick up their children at Glen Rowan.
Curriculum: Curriculum: Children’s Ministry Co-Directors Teddi Koch and Mary Jo Stevenson use the “A Joyful Path” curriculum as a foundation for classes, which include fun, hands-on activities.
Focus: To plant the seeds of faith, inspire compassion for all, and for the children to learn the key teachings of Jesus.
Roots & Wings Christmas Pageant
For: Children grades K–5 & adults
Dates: December 17, 2022 (tentative date)
Time: 10:00 a.m. (Both practices and the pageant)

Lily Reid Holt Chapel
Roots & Wings students with additional adult “actors” tell the Christmas story in our annual pageant held during the church service on the Sunday prior to Christmas. Click here to watch the 2021 Pageant!

MSG (Middle School Group)
For: Students in grades 6, 7, and 8
Focus: To plant the seeds of faith and allow our students and ministers to develop relationships
